Sebastien Vettel wins the first ever Indian GP at Delhi with complete domination

The historic Grand Prix of India started with the roar of the F1 car's "echoed" by the huge grand stand, the sound of engines ready to fly on the lights and it was the fanstastic Seb who wrapped the weekend with a "Grand Slam" starting on pole, leading all laps, win and the fastest lap.

Vettel took a perfect start leaving the rest behind to fight it out. Button made the best start getting ahead of Alonso. Webber running second was also soon taken by Button by an amazing overtaking move on the back straight which lets the F1 machines to touch over 320 kmph. At the back end there was enough actions on the first two corners soon after the start with many cars hitting out each other, triggered by Barrichello and Maldonado which took out Kobayashi and Glock. Even Narain had to avoid the crash and scraped Jarno Trulli's Lotus, which incurred damages.

After Vettel's comfortable lead over the rest of the pack, the race was rather turning to be boring as even Hamilton was struggling behind the Ferrari's of Alonso and Massa. Soon to the surprise of many, Hamilton and Massa collided yet again (6th time this year) but this time the Indian stewards penalized Massa for the incident. Hamilton had to pit for repairs and Massa had to serve the penalty after which his race ended with a similar suspension breaking incident running over the kerbs as in the qualifying. Hamilton reported of vibrations in the car after the incident and couldnt perform any better even struggling to get ahead of Alguesuari. Alonso on the other hand managed to perform consistently to get into third place while Schumacher was out performing his Mercedes team mate Nico Rosberg.

Vettel won the race with a lead of 8.4 secs over Button and Alonso was 24secs down. Webber finished fourth followed by Mercedes drivers Schumacher and Rosberg. Hamilton managed seventh ahead of Alguesuari.

India's Narain Karthikeyan finished ahead of team mate Daniel Ricciardo and Lotus driver Jarno Trulli. The non finishers were Fillipe Massa, Buemi, Maldonado, Glock and Kobayashi.
